Through flexible payment plans and tuition assistance programs, we strive to meet each family's unique financial needs. Tuition assistance decisions are made independently of admissions decisions, ensuring that financial need does not affect a student’s chances of admission.

Payment Options

We offer flexible payment plans to accommodate families’ financial situations:

Annual Payment: Paid in full by June 1, 15, or 25.
Four Payments: Installments paid in June, July, August, and September.
Six Payments: Installments paid starting in June and due each month thereafter.
Ten Payments: Maximum installment plan, beginning in June and concluding in March.

Tuition Assistance

We believe that financial circumstances should never be a barrier to an outstanding education. Our Tuition Assistance Program is designed to support families in need and ensure accessibility for all qualified students.

How We Determine Tuition Assistance

To ensure an equitable and confidential process, we partner with Mission Enrollment, a nationally recognized tuition assistance review service. Applications are assessed based on family income, expenses, and financial circumstances.

If you have children attending other tuition-based schools, it is expected that you also apply for assistance at those institutions.

How to Apply for Tuition Assistance

We use the Clarity Application, a mobile-friendly platform, to streamline the tuition assistance process.

New Students

Create a Clarity Account – Applications for the 2026-2027 school year open on October 1, 2025.
Complete the Tuition Assistance Application – Provide all required details through Clarity.
Upload Supporting Documents – This includes:
- 2023 & 2024 W-2 and 1099 forms
- 2023 & 2024 federal tax returns (Form 1040 + all supporting schedules)
- 2024 K-1 (if applicable)
Submit by the Deadline – Applications and documentation must be completed by:
- December 5, 2025
- January 9, 2026 – Brawerman East Elementary School

Tuition assistance awards for new students will be included with admissions decisions.

Returning Students

Families currently receiving tuition assistance must reapply each year and be current with all financial obligations to remain eligible. Applications are evaluated independently each year.

Application Deadline: Friday, December 5, 2025
Notification of Awards: Included in re-enrollment agreements sent on February 5, 2025

In the case of divorce, do both parents need to provide financial documentation?

Yes, in the case of divorced or separated families, both parents must submit complete applications by the deadline. Special circumstances should be discussed directly with school administration.

What happens if I miss the tuition assistance application deadline?

While delays cannot be accepted, late applications may be considered during rolling admissions if funds are still available.
